The Londonderry, NH facility was the first ever Ride-Away
location. Mark Lore started Ride-Away in a renovated barn in the
northwest corner of Manchester, NH with only two employees. As the
company grew, so did the demand for a larger facility. In 1993,
Ride-Away moved to a 13,000 square foot facility in Londonderry, NH,
which is where the company resides today. Ride-Away's Corporate
Offices are located at our Londonderry facility as well. From a
two person operation in a renovated barn in New Hampshire, Ride-Away
has grown to 11 East Coast locations with over 150 employees.
Matt started working for Ride-Away in September 2009. A member of the Marine Corps who served our country in Iraq, Matt has a great deal of experience in sales management and corporate recruiting. He wanted to work for Ride-Away because he has a passion for doing everything in his power to help people. When asked the best part about his job, Matt said, "The opportunity to deliver freedom to our customers."
Pete started working at Ride-Away in September of 1988, and he is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the automotive industry. Pete joined Ride-Away because he enjoys helping people with concerns they may have with there modified vehicle. When asked the best part about his job, Pete responded, "The customer relationships that I have formed from the many loyal Ride-Away customers."
Roger has been with Ride-Away since 2005. Prior to working at Ride-Away, Roger was the V.P. of a Brokerage Firm, but decided that he wanted a career change and decided to join Ride-Away. He wanted to be a part of Ride-Away because he knew that Ride-Away was a company that was committed to doing the right thing for people. When asked what the most satisfying part of his job was, Roger said, "Seeing a happy customer is the most enjoyable part. When you see that you changed a customers life in a positive way, there is no bigger gratification."
Dave has been with Ride-Away for over four years now and has enjoyed a great deal of success during his time here. When Dave was asked why he chose to work at Ride-Away, he said, "I wanted more in my life. Assisting people with disabilities gain their independence has added great pride and joy to my life. I've also met a lot of people that I now can call my friends."
Eric started working at Ride-Away in February 2002. A former General Manager of a health club, Eric took his customer service attitude and brought with him to Ride-Away. Eric wanted help a growing company and saw that Ride-Away was a perfect fit. When asked the best part about his job, Eric said, "Giving people independence and quality of life."
Bob started working at Ride-Away in May 2009. He enjoys working with cars and interacting with people. Bob has worked in the automotive industry for many years and brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to Ride-Away. When asked the best part about his job, Bob said, "Enabling people to go out and enjoy themselves."
Janice joined the Ride-Away team in February 2009. Once she saw the day to day operations of Ride-Away, Janice was quite interested in the company and how our employees help people gain their independence. She truly enjoys meeting new people everyday. When asked the best part about her job, Janice replied, "Working with the customers and helping them with their needs."
Phil started working at Ride-Away in September 2009. A former General Sales Manager for an automotive group, Phil wanted a job and company that met his core values of helping people. He wanted to be able to go to work everyday and be proud of what he does. When asked the best part about the job, Phil said, I like the interaction with employees and seeing how the products we provide change our customers' lives."
Rick started working at Ride-Away in October 2009. A former Sales Manager for a beverage company, Rick wanted a job that was fulling and rewarding. After reviewing Ride-Away, Rick knew that he found a company where is job would be rewarding. When asked the best part about his job, Rick said, "I enjoy the customer interaction and making a difference in someones life."
